Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in Euros. When you charge your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency by a valid card exchange association.

Delivery & Delivery Terms

Products are delivered through carriers carrying out transport services or by own delivery. Delivery takes place up to the entrance to the housing facility. The products will be packed in such a way that they can not be damaged by common manipulation in transportation. The buyer is obliged to check for possible damages when picking up the product and immediately advertise to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to take over the shipment where there are visible external damages. Subsequent complaints will not be considered. Products are insured for loss of delivery and if the Buyer does not receive any notice or delivery from Seller after 7 days of delivery, he / she must inform him / her that the Seller can provide the Shipment or Shipment. Products are delivered within 7 working days.

Terms of Return and Complaint


The buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases: when the wrong goods were delivered or goods were delivered damaged. The Seller will approve a refund of the goods to the Buyer upon receipt of a legitimate complaint by e-mail, telephone or in writing, with the instructions for the return of the goods. Products can not be returned if they are used. In the case of the inability to deliver the goods, Seller will make a refund to the Buyer. In the event of a return of goods that did not result in a failure of the supplier, the buyer shall bear all the resulting manipulative costs.

When you use the www.hrc-grupa.hr website (the "website") which also provides on-line shopping services, HRC GRUPA D.O.O. (HRC GRUPA D.O.O.) as the Data Controller processes your personal data in accordance with relevant personal data protection regulations.

 

This Regulation on the protection of personal data ("Regulation") describes which types of data is processed and for which purposes as well as your rights related to such processing. Please read the Regulation carefully before continuing to use the Website. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the website.

 

  1. The personal data we process

 

"Personal data" means all data related to an individual whose identity is established or can be determined ("Data Subject").

We collect personal data in accordance with current regulations in order to, for example, send you amendments and news by email, include you in participating in prize contests and inform the winner, send out publications, brochures and other promotional material or reply to your questions, notes, and comments.

We process your personal data solely on the basis of your consent, the law or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, such as when we process your data for the purposes of direct marketing to advertise our products or services ("commercial communication") through electronic or other forms of communication.


In certain cases, the collection of your personal information will be necessary for the execution of a contract between you and HRC GRUPA D.O.O., for example, when buying products in our webstore, for the purpose of delivery of the product product to the requested delivery address, etc.

 

We process the following categories of personal data:


1. Contact and identification data necessary for opening a user account on the website and/or for membership in loyalty programs…

2. Contact and identification information necessary for ordering products in the webstore or their delivery to the requested address;

3. Information on webstore purchases, e.g. purchased products, invoiced price, selected payment method, frequency of purchase;

4. Data on correspondence with the Data Controller (including its content);

Through this website, we can offer you the ability to communicate and link social network content (for example, Facebook). If you decide to use your social network profile, keep in mind that a social network can share information about your profile with us, depending on your profile settings on the social network.

We do not collect or use personal data of underage persons (within reasonable limits if we can learn about the age of the user), except with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian. If you are underage, please do not send us your personal information (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail or other information that could allow us to identify you), because processing of such communication will have to be rejected. Should the establishment of contact at the request of a minor nevertheless ensue, in the event of the transfer of personal data by a minor, the Company expressly refuses to receive any requests of material or non-material nature arising from the processing of this form of purpose of contact.


We store your data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

At the end of the period of storage, we will either delete or anonymize personal data so that it can no longer be traced to anyone.

We keep personal information regarding any financial transactions for at least 11 years considering the regulations in force in the Republic of Croatia.

 

  1. The purpose of processing personal data

 

HRC GRUPA D.O.O. processes personal data for the following purposes:

 

3.1. Opening user profiles on the website and/or member profiles in loyalty programs;

3.2. Processing orders made in the webstore and delivering ordered products to the address indicated by the user;

3.3. Providing various benefits to members of the company loyalty program (e.g.

3.4. Conducting commercial communication via email, mobile devices, or traditional mail or courier delivery (within the limits of your consent);

3.5. Participating in surveys, questionnaires and prize contests organized by the company. For details on this kind of processing, see section 7 of this Regulation (surveys, questionnaires, and promotions);

3.6. Giving answers to your questions or responding to your advice, comments, complaints, etc.;

3.7. Creating different reports/statistics on how to use the website and the services it provides, including how contracts have been executed with HRC GROUP D.O.O .;

3.8. Solving all disputes or complaints related to or arising from the activities of HRC GRUPA D.O.O.

 

  1. Communicating data to third parties

 

We do not sell, transfer or disclose the data we collect on our website to anyone outside the HRC GRUPA D.O.O. without your consent, except (1) in cases prescribed by law and when necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, (2) in cases where this is necessary to protect your life or physical integrity, and you are not in a position to give consent to the processing of your personal data, (3) in cases where this is necessary for the fulfillment of tasks that are exercised in the public interest, (4) in cases where you yourself have disclosed this data, and (5) in cases where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests. We will store your personal data only during the time necessary to meet the aforementioned purpose of the processing.

 

HRC GRUPA D.O.O. may disclose some or all of your personal data to the following recipients in the manner described below:

1. Persons authorized to process personal data on behalf of and for the account of HRC GRUPA D.O.O., i.e. associates or suppliers necessary for the provision and maintenance of services provided through these websites (for example, web page builders and service providers, suppliers of ordered products or promotive materials, suppliers in the preparation of marketing campaigns etc., associates or service providers who can best answer your questions, etc.).

2. Legal successor or successors, in case of status changes due to the division, merger, restructuring or other transfer of control in the company.

3. Other recipients to whom HRC GRUPA D.O.O. is authorized or required to disclose personal data of individuals on the basis of applicable regulations.

 

Below is a list of companies with which we share data on a daily basis. The list does not include the services of companies with which we share anonymous data or companies that provide services on an ad hoc basis. We have carefully selected all the suppliers listed and we have made sure that all our suppliers provide adequate protection in accordance with GDPR.

 

  1. Credit card payment safety

 

HRC GRUPA D.O.O. is committed to applying maximum safety standards in order to protect the interests of customers and to prevent possible misuse of information. The products/services available in the webstore are sold via the T-com/Payway online credit card payment solution of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d.

Payment transactions with credit and/or debit cards are performed with a secure 3D-Secure authentication protocol with 256-bit SSL encryption, which is considered a safe method of performing money transactions. This method allows secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data when communicating between the buyer’s computer and the T-com Payway service (online payment system operator) and vice versa.

 

The service and financial institutions (card companies) exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access. Credit card numbers are not stored and are not made available to HRC GRUPA D.O.O.

HRC GRUPA d.o.o. cannot be held responsible for misconduct that cannot be established as a consequence of the technical and security failure of the web store system or the omission of the employees of HRC GRUPA d.o.o.

 

  1. Emails

 

When you send us email (through an e-mail with a question, comment, complaint, advice etc., or through a contact form on the website) with personal data that can be used to identify you, we will use the data for the purpose of meeting your request. We may send your email as well as the message/request you sent us to other associates or vendors who will be able to best answer your question.

All employees and business partners of HRC GRUPA D.O.O. are responsible for compliance with the Regulation on the protection of personal data.

 

  1. Surveys, questionnaires, prize contests

 

We periodically conduct surveys and questionnaires on our website. Data collected in that manner is used solely for the needs of the Company. If we publish the results of surveys on our site or related social networks, they will exclusively be aggregated and will not contain any personal data.

Our webpages often contain notifications about various prize contests we organize or notices about job openings in the company ("Contests"). In contests allowing electronic access, unless explicitly stated in the contest rules, we will use your personal data solely for the purpose of the contest process (e.g. to contact for the contest winner and to fulfill our legal obligations regarding the contest or for the job opening selection procedure). We do not share this information with anyone outside of the Company except with service providers who assist us in organizing the contest and who are legally obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all available data or with public bodies for the purpose of meeting legal obligations. We may also disclose certain personal data (such as first name, last name, and reward value) in order to comply with our legal obligations or to ensure the transparency of our contests.

HRC GRUPA d.o.o. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of information from these webpages for purposes beyond their intended purpose.

By sending personal data to HRC GRUPA D.O.O., the data subject does not waive the rights guaranteed by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia protecting personal data, in particular the right to request the correction or deletion of his or her personal data from the collection if they are incomplete, inaccurate or not updated or if its processing is not in accordance with the provisions of the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

 

To the extent that processing of your personal data is based solely upon your consent, you have a variety of rights, including:

 

a) Right to access:

The GDPR gives you the right to ask us about your personal data and how we process it, and give you access to this data. You can exercise your right by contacting us (see below How to contact us).

Please note that prior to processing any request for access to data, we need to confirm your identity, and it is also possible that we contact you additionally to make sure that we understand what data you require. Once we confirm your identity, we will provide the requested information within 30 days.

We will provide you with the information free of charge, however, we may charge an administrative fee if the claim is manifestly ill-founded or excessive, and especially if it is repeated. In any case, if you are an existing user, you can access your personal data through your user interface.

 

b) Right to correction of data:

The GDPR grants you the right to correct any piece of personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Users can refresh their personal data via the user interface themselves, but you can contact us in any case (see below How to contact us).

 

c) Right to deletion:

As a natural person, you have the right to request the deletion of all of your personal data that we have. However, be aware that this is not an absolute right, and it does not, for example, exceed our legal obligation to keep accounting information.

You can request the deletion of your personal information when your information is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed (for example, if you cancel all the services you have used with us). You can exercise your right by contacting us (see below How to contact us).

 

d) The right to withdraw consent: Users have the right to withdraw prior consent for the processing of personal data at any time.

e) Also, in certain circumstances, users have the right to lodge an objection to processing, to the limitation of processing, and to the transferability of personal data.

For all personal data protection issues, as well as for the exercise of the abovementioned rights, please contact the address listed in Article 10 of the Regulation.

 

f) The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file an objection to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Depending on the request of the user/data subject, HRC GRUPA D.O.O. shall be obligated to:

1. Confirm to the user whether it processes personal data relating to that user/data subject;

2. Correct or delete, without charge and without delay, personal data relating to the user/ data subject;

3. Restrict or cease processing personal data of the user/data subject.
